Registration Period: Monday 15th January, 2024 – Friday 19th January, 2024

Admissions Documents

You will be required to print and fill out the registration form on letter size paper and submit it to the office with all of the following supporting documents of the applicant:

      • Birth Certificate
      • Baptismal Certificate
      • Immunization Card
      • 2 recent Passport Pictures
      • Current Vision Test Results
      • Current Hearing Test Results

Please bring both originals & copies of these documents when you submit the forms to the office. Originals will be used for verification purposes.

*Potential students must be turning 5 by 2024

We do not have a waiting list nor do we pre-register students. We accept students the year they turn 5.
Our registration happens each year in the last week of January.

Admissions Documents

A formal letter addressed to the principal must be written and submitted with the following information of the applicant:

  • Child’s Name & Age
  • Child’s Date of Birth
  • Religion
  • Reason for request to transfer
  • Name of the school currently attending
  • Class / Year Level in which the child is currently enrolled
  • Parent Contact numbers and email


Along with the above letter, the following documents of the applicant must also be submitted:

  • Application Form (download and print)
  • Copy of Birth Certificate
  • Latest Report Card
  • Baptismal certificate if applicable
  • 2 Passport Pictures
  • Current Vision Test Results
  • Current Hearing Test Results

Our Communication

Upon submission, the principal has the right to invite the child to be assessed or refuse the application.

Should the application be accepted, the parent will be contacted to invite the child to be assessed. This assessment will help evaluate the child’s capabilities so that he/she can be placed in the requested academic year.

The principal will review all documents and will have the final decision regarding offering the child a place in the school or refusing to accept the application.

Upon offer of acceptance, the parent must pay a non- refundable capital fund of $7500 (subject to change) within 24 hours of acceptance to secure the spot.

Parents are then asked to:

  • Complete an emergency contact form
  • Read and complete the MRGS contract entitled ​”Memorandum of Understanding”


CAPITAL FUND: On Acceptance – $7,500.00

TERM TUITION FEES: Infants 1 to Grade 5 – $6.000.00

No School Tours
